House Rules & Hospitality Policy
Welcome to Nara! An intimate retreat designed exclusively to reconnect with nature, rest, and silence. To ensure a seamless stay and preserve the serenity of this environment, please review and respect our house policies:
Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
We appreciate your punctuality, allowing us to prepare the space to the meticulous cleanliness and hygiene standards you deserve.
Occupancy & Capacity
- Maximum capacity: 2 people
- Nara is conceived as an intimate sanctuary. No visitors or additional guests not included in the original reservation are permitted.
Kitchen & Meals
- Fully equipped: Nara includes all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare your meals with complete comfort and independence.
- Equipment care: please make responsible use of the appliances and leave the utensils clean and organized at the end of your stay.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not accepted. We deeply value animals; however, to protect local wildlife and guarantee a 100% allergen-free space for all our guests, the property remains pet-free.
Environmental Care & Coexistence
- Respect for nature: support conservation by disposing of trash in designated bins and making responsible use of water and energy.
- Zero parties & noise: events, parties, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Nara's purpose is to offer an environment of absolute disconnection.
- Smoke- & fire-free space: smoking is prohibited inside the property. For forest safety, campfires and open flames are not permitted in unauthorized areas.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Nara we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. As an exclusive space with very limited capacity to guarantee an experience of peace and isolation, our cancellation policies are designed to offer flexibility to our guests while protecting the retreat's operational sustainability.
Option 1: Moderate Policy
- Full refund (100%): if cancellation occurs up to 5 full days before official check-in time (3:00 PM).
- Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in, including same-day cancellations and no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Option 2: Firm / Strict Policy
- 100% refund: available if you cancel within 48 hours of booking confirmation and at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund: if you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date.
- No refund: cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund.
General Conditions & Protocols
- Official processing channel: all cancellation or date-change requests must be handled directly through the Airbnb message center.
- Early departure: if you decide to leave Nara before your scheduled end date, unused nights will not be refunded.
- Force majeure events: extreme weather events or serious medical emergencies will be evaluated according to Airbnb's official 'Extenuating Circumstances' policy.
